Whether you are just looking to burn a few calories, tone up, or just change your eating habits, then this is the place for you.

 

Getting healthy has never been so  important. As a nation of overweight, stressed out, hard working guys, we need a way to get rid of those love handles, increase muscle, and get our metabolism up and burn more calories while we go about our day to day routine.  Going to the gym, is a stressful thing.  So I personally never went.  I just changed my habits a step at a time, and inside a few months, I had not only lost my excess weight, but I had increased my muscle mass, and was burning more calories even when i was sleeping.

 

I was eating more than I ever have.  I was enjoying what i was eating.  (i cannot stand these fad diets that promise the earth, so long as you starve yourself, and only eat vegetables and brown rice that’s been in the blender for an hour…..)

 

So guys, this is the place where I will tell you all how I did it, and answer any questions that you have.  For those of you in the UK, I will be holding Exercise classes by trained instructors, TO MY SPECIFICATION, NOT THEIRS. and it is a 20 minute class that will give you the workout that you need.  For those who cannot make it, I will give you the rundown of the class, and you can do it at home yourselves.  It’s easy, and quick.  and what is more, it is absolutely FREE, F.O.C. nothing, Zero.  I cannot abide these people that tell you how easy it is, but need $100 of your money first.

 

I will be posting the relevant reading materials, with my overviews, the relevant workout routines for the guy who does not have much time, advice and tips on healthy eating, Oh and did I mention that I will need ALL of you to eat 6 times a day? and I will be a publishing articles written by friends of mine who I have already shared this system with, and are loving the results.
